Student and teacher are two eyes of education. From hoary antiquity it is the relationship which is transforming from generations to generations.
Student centered education is the essential view of present educational system. Student is the ultimate end for all goals and strategies for building productive human resources. Class room is the miniature of the society which is building hopes of parent’s and aspirations of the nation. For this purpose we need to use appropriate methods in a progressive perspective and strengthening teaching learning approaches with intense educational research.
It is accepted that our subcontinent is in the line of developing which requires high quality productive generation in the wide level of human resources, creation of efficient human resources is only possible in class room. Teacher is the leading factor in class room that needs to build generations of future citizens. Teacher need many competencies to fulfill these things i.e., content competencies, pedagogy competencies (skills, knowledge, capabilities etc.). Acquiring competencies is only possible through enormous strategies with utmost self-regulation and social-cognition. Educational colleges have to make student teachers to be acquainted skills, knowledge and attitude which are the critical components to get teaching competencies. Is these things really indulged in present curriculum of teacher education for giving humane and professional teachers to the society?
But to day educational system differentiated with disparities. Education is bifurcated into elite and downtrodden educational systems. Today education is thing of dreams it is unreachable to poor thus there is a need to do research on forgotten people children’s education and empowerment and rejuvenate social pedagogy in wide scenario.
